
An interview is actually an oral test that
measures your compatibility with the company. It also measures your
attitude, your personality and your style of thinking. Each question
is specifically designed to check how you will fit in the proposed position
and company. There are a myriad of questions that may come up during
an interview and you will need to tackle each calmly with maturity and
poise because the interviewer will be sizing you up through your answer.
Here are some examples of questions you may be typically asked.

There are many different methods for answering these questions and expert
opinion differs on the best ways to approach them. One thing you must
always keep in mind is to answer the questions positively. Tools I have
